Shipping & Returns


Standard delivery to UK addresses is ONLY £1.99! It takes 3-5 working days but won't provide you with a tracking number. The tracked option for UK addresses is £4.99.

Standard delivery to a European address is £2.99. This service takes up to 21 working days for those in Western Europe, and it can take up to 25 working days for anyone ordering from Eastern Europe. This standard service won't provide you with a tracking number (the tracked option is £8.99).

Rest of the World**
For anywhere else in the world, standard shipping is only £3.99. This service can take up to 30 working days depending on your location. On average, it usually takes around 20 working days. Tracked options are available for delivery to some countries, but not all. Available options will show during checkout.

Customs Charges
Please note, if you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination, and any charges relating to customs clearance must be paid by you.
It is accepted by you that Booband Ltd has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check for more information regarding importation taxes/duties before you place your order. You will be the importer of record so will be responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
* We've had to temporarily stop shipping to Ireland as the majority of orders are being returned/lost due to the current customs issues in place. We hope to have a solution in place that will resolve this very soon.

** Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia or UAE at this present time.


In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email who will authorise it (we may require a receipt or proof of purchase) and provide you with the address to return it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received the return, and if approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase, please send an email and we will happily offer you an alternative (depending on stock availability).
